UCO Police Offer Halloween Safety Tips

Tomorrow night is Halloween! And lots of people, of all ages are preparing for the fun night. But there can be some safety risks for college students going to a Halloween party. UCO’s Police Department has some tips to keep everyone on and off campus safe.
