UCO Nursing Program Elevated to School Status

UCO’s Department of Nursing has been elevated to the School of Nursing, to reflect the quality education that it provides. UCO has a long legacy of nursing, spanning nearly fifty years. The program is highly regarded for turning out quality nurses, embracing cutting edge technology, and catering to both traditional and non-traditional students. UCO President Todd Lamb said in response “This new era for our nursing programs recognizes UCO’s commitment to meeting students where they are and addressing Oklahoma’s critical workforce needs”. UCO’s Nursing Program hold approval from Oklahoma State Board of Nursing.
