Superintendent Ryan Walters files lawsuit against Freedom from Religion

Superintendent Ryan Walters has filed a lawsuit against Freedom from Religion. The lawsuit comes after the organization, Freedom from Religion, previously filed a cease and desist letter to an Oklahoma school over teachers reading bible verses in class.

Ryan Walters has taken to X, formerly known as Twitter, to voice the decision. The Freedom from Religion Foundation have responded to Walters’ statement, saying they haven’t received a copy of the lawsuit yet.
