UCO Holding Shelter in Place Exercise on September 30

Heads up for students, faculty and staff, the Department of Public Safety will conduct a shelter-in place and a lockdown drill The drill will take place on Tuesday, September 30th, but the exact time of the drill will not be announced in advance. The goal is to be prepared in case of an emergency. The drill will last fifteen minutes while faculty, staff, students and visitors will practice emergency lockdown procedures. An “all clear” message will be sent once the exercise is complete, the DPS said.
