The University of Central Oklahoma women’s soccer team beat Newman 2-0 on Senior Night during its final regular-season game on Wednesday evening.
The win allowed the Bronchos to gain the No. 6 seed in the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association (MIAA) Women’s Soccer Championship. The quarterfinals will begin Sunday afternoon when UCO travels to No. 3 seed Central Missouri. Kickoff is scheduled for 1 p.m.
