About 300 new laws are going to take effect on Saturday, and for one, you could get pulled over just for holding a device. New rules are coming to Oklahoma roads. And if you use your phone behind the wheel, you’ll want to pay attention. Starting November 1, it will be illegal just to hold your phone while driving through a school or construction zone.
