Oktoberfest at Edmond’s Frenzy Brewing Company

Frenzy Brewing Company will host an Oktoberfest event on Saturday, Sept. 20, from 12 p.m. to 11 p.m. in Edmond, Oklahoma, to celebrate the German holiday.

Jeremy Estle, Co-Owner of Frenzy Brewing Company, came up with the idea for his brewery to host this festival 4 years ago. The festival honors German Oktoberfest traditions with live German music, German beers made in-house, and traditional German foods. 

“The turnout has been growing year after year, and as it continues to grow, we’re beginning to explore opportunities to take it out of our own facility,” said Estle. 

When asked what inspired the celebration here in Edmond, Estle replied, “I am of German descent and Oktoberfest is one of the largest German holidays, especially in the Bavarian region of Germany.”

According to Estle, this event benefits both the Edmond community and Frenzy Brewing Company. “Naturally, we have a higher-than-normal sales volume during our event, so we benefit from that, and the Edmond community benefits by having another celebration that is family-oriented and allows them to congregate together while enjoying the best of what Germany has to offer.”
